Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Employee Engagement dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variable Intervening Studi pada Perusahaan IT

Tujuan Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, employee engagement, dan motivasi sebagai variable intervening pada salah satu perusahaan pelayanan IT di Jakarta adalah yang bergerak di bidang jasa penyedia teknologi informasi yang menyediakan solusi untuk menjawab kebutuhan perusahaan – perusahaan lain di bidang teknlogi. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif kasual dengan pendeketan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 101 responden yang merupakan karyawan di prusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) yang dijalankan melalui Analysis of Moment Structural (AMOS) versi 20 sebagai alat analisisnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Motivasi dan terhadap Employee Engagement pada perusahaan layanan IT tersebut.
