The automotive industry's development is driving an increasing need for car wash facilities that not only function as places to wash vehicles but also provide customers with a comfortable and convenient experience. This study aims to develop an interior design concept for Carwash99 based on a one-stop shopping approach while considering user experience and ergonomic principles. The study employed a qualitative method with a design research approach involving observation, documentation, and a literature review, and referred to the design methods proposed by J. Christopher Jones. The results showed that implementing the one-stop shopping concept through spatial zoning, interconnections between spaces, circulation planning, and the provision of supporting facilities, such as a waiting area, café, and accessories shop, can optimize customers' waiting time without disrupting operational activities. In addition to improving spatial efficiency, the design creates a more comfortable, safe, and functional environment. Thus, the one-stop shopping concept can serve as an effective approach to designing the interior of a car wash facility oriented toward user experience and ergonomics.
