Hubungan Antara Work-Life Balance dengan Komitmen Organisasi Pada Karyawan Perempuan Yang Sudah Menikah di PT. X

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Work-life balance dengan Komitmen Organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan di PT. X yang berjumlah 40 karyawan yang menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Variabel Work-life balance diukur menggunakan skala milik Fisher (2001) yang diterjemahkan oleh penulis dan variabel Komitmen Organisasi diukur menggunakan skala milik Allen Mayer (1991) yang terjemahkan oleh penulis. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman’s Rho, didapatkan hasil r = 0,067; p> 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Work-life balance dengan Komitmen Organisasi di PT X.
