Pengaruh Kepercayaan dan Kepuasan Kerja dengan Komitmen Organisasi Kepala Sekolah di SMA Swasta Sekotamadya Jakarta Timur

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai pengaruh kepercayaan dan kepuasan kerja pada kepala sekolah pada Sekolah Menengah Atas Swasta di Kota Jakarta Timur. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei di kotamadya Jakarta Timur dengan responden 67 kepala sekolah menengah atas swasta yang dipilih melalui simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung kepercayaan terhadap komitmen organisasi kepala sekolah. (2) ada pengaruh langsung kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (3) Ada pengaruh langsung kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi kepala sekolah. Oleh karena itu, variasi komitmen organisasi kepala sekolah dipengaruhi oleh variasi kepercayaan, variasi kepuasan kerja, dan variasi lainnya.
