Many students transitioning from acoustic or electric guitars struggle with fundamental classical guitar techniques such as posture, hand positioning, and specific playing techniques like tirando and pizzicato. This research aims to address these challenges by developing a structured approach to creating classical guitar ensemble works tailored for the Jakarta Enam Senar extracurricular group. The importance of this research lies in its potential to enhance the compositional and performance skills of students, fostering their ability to contribute to ensemble repertoires and strengthening their understanding of classical guitar techniques. The study employs a qualitative research method with a case study approach, complemented by Practice Led Research to bridge theoretical and practical knowledge. Techniques such as composition workshops, expert-led discussions, and iterative practice sessions were utilized to refine the students' skills. The findings demonstrate significant improvements in the students' ability to create and perform classical guitar ensemble works. The research concludes that structured creative practices and theoretical grounding are essential for overcoming technical challenges and inspiring innovation in music education. These results contribute to the development of effective pedagogical strategies for classical guitar education and provide a model for integrating creative practices into music curriculums.
Ryan Gredy Aprianno, Timothy Revival April Torondek Copyright (c) 2025 Ryan Gredy Aprianno, Timothy Revival April Torondek https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ https://jiss.publikasiindonesia.id/index.php/jiss/article/view/1544 Sat, 25 Jan 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) After the Constitutional Court Ruling No. 168/PUU.XXI/2023, Is It Still Relevant? https://jiss.publikasiindonesia.id/index.php/jiss/article/view/1584
The Constitutional Court (MK) decision number 168/PUU-XX1/2023 has a major impact on the world of employment and the business world where the Indonesian economy is facing pressure and slowdown due to global economic challenges. Even during the last few months in mid-2024, there has been a deflationary trend that shows a decline in people's purchasing power, which has a major impact on domestic consumption. This condition directly affects various business sectors, especially labor-intensive industries that have a great dependence on national economic stability. Moreover, there are still industries that have not recovered from the impact of Covid-19 in 2020-2021. The author tries to analyze the legal consequences and their social and commercial impact on the Constitutional Court's Decision on the Fixed-Time Work Agreement (PKWT) which can only be a maximum of 5 (five) years, which includes the extension period of the employment agreement.
Abraham Pierre Wenang P, Al Arif Nur Siregar, Cindy Patricia Galag, Grace Grace, Hasoloan Sinaga Copyright (c) 2025 Abraham Pierre Wenang P, Al Arif Nur Siregar, Cindy Patricia Galag, Grace Grace, Hasoloan Sinaga https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ https://jiss.publikasiindonesia.id/index.php/jiss/article/view/1584 Sat, 25 Jan 2025 00:00:00 +0000 The Strength of the Peace Deed in the Settlement of Land Disputes Through Mediation at the Karawang Regency Land Office https://jiss.publikasiindonesia.id/index.php/jiss/article/view/1571
Land dispute resolution through mediation is one of the alternative methods regulated in Article 44 Paragraph (5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 21 of 2020 concerning the Handling and Settlement of Land Cases. This study aims to examine the legal strength of peace deeds produced through the mediation process at the Karawang Regency Land Office, as well as the effectiveness of its implementation in resolving land disputes. The method used is a normative juridical approach with reference to legal documents, legal doctrines, and interviews with relevant sources. The results of the study show that the peace deed has binding legal force equivalent to a court decision with permanent legal force, but its effectiveness in the field is still low due to factors such as lack of public understanding, the ego of the parties to the dispute, and the low level of attendance in the mediation process. To increase the success of mediation, it is recommended that BPN be more active in socialization, increase the capacity of mediators, and strengthen legal arrangements related to peace deeds so that they can be more reliable in the process of resolving land disputes.
Bella Febriani Fobia, Aartje Tehupeiory, Diana R.W. The research addresses the problem of inconsistent performance among young athletes, often attributed to a lack of psychological readiness, such as confidence and resilience. The objective of this study is to examine the extent to which these psychological factors contribute to peak performance.

Using a quantitative research method, data were collected from 21 athletes aged 12–16 years through Likert-scale instruments tailored to measure self-efficacy, mental toughness, and peak performance. The results reveal significant positive correlations: self-efficacy influences peak performance with a correlation of r = 0.943, while mental toughness has a correlation of r = 0.940. Together, these factors explain 97% of the variance in peak performance (r = 0.985). This research highlights the critical role of self-efficacy and mental toughness in optimizing athletic performance, emphasizing the need for early psychological development in athletes. The findings provide valuable insights for coaches and sports institutions to design training programs that enhance both mental and physical preparation.
Angelina Hutomo Copyright (c) 2025 Angelina Hutomo https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ https://jiss.publikasiindonesia.id/index.php/jiss/article/view/1566 Sat, 25 Jan 2025 00:00:00 +0000
